I require a card on file due to last minute no shows. I charge 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel please respond to the confirmation texts you receive to not be charged! If you don’t call/text and no-show there is a 100% full charge of service placed on the card on file. Non refundable. If you are 20+ minutes late you will either be asked to reschedule and pay cancellation fee (50% of service), or have a shortened service—Price will not be accommodated due to late arrival. Right to refuse service: Aubrey’s Hair reserves the right to refuse service to any client or new customer, as deemed necessary. I am so grateful to have you as a client.
